3. Eligibility to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data if:

You are a registered user of AGROWEX INDUSTRIES platforms or services.
You have provided us with verifiable information to confirm your identity and account ownership.

4. Deletion Request Procedure

To request permanent deletion of your account and data, please:

5. Effects of Deletion

Upon successful processing of your deletion request:

Your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
All personal data and associated information linked to your account will be deleted, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
You will lose access to all services, features, and benefits associated with your account.
Any ongoing contracts, agreements, or transactions facilitated through your account may be terminated or affected.

6. Processing Time

We strive to process deletion requests promptly, typically within 30 days of receipt. However, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and applicable legal requirements.

7. Limitations and Exceptions

Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business interests.
Deletion requests do not affect data already shared with third parties or publicly available information.
We reserve the right to deny deletion requests if they conflict with legal or regulatory requirements.
